Terms of sale

1. Who we are (trader information)
The 90/180 Trip Planner is sold by [trading name]. Address: . Email: [contact email]. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
2. What you are buying
A one-off, lifetime licence to use the full planner features on this website in your web browser: checking trips you are planning, "How long can I stay if I arrive on…", "When can I come back for N days", the longest trip you could start in the next 12 months, a 12-month plan calendar, a printable 90/180 Planning Report (your own record, not an official document), a leave-by calendar reminder, and saving, exporting and backing up your trips.
- How it works: the planner runs in your browser. Your purchase is remembered on the device where you unlocked it. On another device, use the restore code shown after payment.
- What you need: an up-to-date browser (for example Safari on iPhone, Chrome, Edge or Firefox) with JavaScript switched on. Clearing your browser's site data removes the unlock and your saved trips from that device — keep the restore code and use the backup file.
- No account and no subscription. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.
- What "lifetime" means: you pay once and keep using the full planner for as long as we offer it, with no renewals. If we ever stop offering it, section 9 applies.
3. Price
The price is £9.99, the total you pay, including any VAT. There are no delivery or other charges. You pay through Payhip's checkout. Payhip Limited (company no. 08386910) runs the checkout, acts as reseller for VAT and pays any VAT due, and its End User Licence, shown at checkout, also applies to your purchase. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Payment is taken by our payment processor, Stripe, at checkout.
4. When the contract starts and delivery
The contract starts when your payment succeeds. You get access straight away: you are sent back to this website and the full planner unlocks on that device. Your receipt email also contains your unlock code and a link back to the planner.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days) and our 30-day promise
- Immediate access: at checkout you are asked to confirm that you want the full planner straight away and that you understand you then lose your legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your receipt confirms this. Our own promises below still apply.
- 14 days, any reason (our promise): you can cancel within 14 days of your purchase for any reason, even if you have already used the planner, and we will refund you in full.
- 30-day promise: if the planner does not do what our sales page says, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.
- How to ask: email [contact email] from the address you paid with (or include it), saying you want to cancel. You don't need to give a reason in the first 14 days.
- How you are refunded: to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
6. Your legal rights
Digital content you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (Consumer Rights Act 2015). Nothing in these terms takes away those rights. For advice on your rights contact Citizens Advice.
7. Important: this is a calculation aid, not legal advice
- The planner is a planning tool. It applies the "90 days in any 180-day period" counting rule to the dates you enter, counting arrival and departure days as full days.
- It does not know your nationality, residence permits, national visas, work or study status, or any bilateral agreement that may apply to you. Border officials make the final decision.
- Check your dates carefully and check official guidance before you travel (for UK passport holders: GOV.UK travel advice).
- We are not affiliated with the European Union, any EU or Schengen country, or the UK government.
8. Our responsibility to you
We will supply the planner with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong or incomplete dates you enter, or by decisions of border or immigration authorities. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve the planner over time. If we ever stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice and your saved trips will stay on your device (you can export them at any time).
Model cancellation form
You don't have to use this form — an email saying you want to cancel is enough — but you can. It is the model form set out in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Schedule 3 Part B. (For this purchase, "the following service" means the 90/180 Trip Planner full-planner unlock.)
